You can browse our available pepper plants here , and as always you can pick them up at our farm and nursery in Eastern Oregon starting late April.  Tomato and Pepper plants start shipping in April depending on weather conditions. We grow our pepper plants in 4 inch pots and they are well-rooted when shipped.
